My Journey to the DP World Tour

My name is Jack Cope, and my ultimate goal is to become a DP World Tour golfer. To achieve this, I need to compete in as many tournaments as possible, maximising my chances of earning invitations to The Hotel Planner Tour (formerly the Challenge Tour) and the DP World Tour.

A crucial step in this journey is entering Tour School in 2025, which consists of three qualification stages across the UK and Europe. The costs involved include a £3,000 entry fee, along with travel expenses such as flights, car hire, and accommodation for two European venues. Any support, no matter how small, would mean the world to me.

My goal is to secure and retain my DP World Tour card within the next 3 to 5 years. There are several pathways to achieving this:

• DP World Tour School – An annual event where players must progress through three stages in the UK and Europe. A strong performance at the final stage can earn either a DP World Tour card or a place on The Hotel Planner Tour.
• Clutch Pro Tour – The leading feeder tour into The Hotel Planner Tour and the DP World Tour. The top three players in the Order of Merit earn a Hotel Planner Tour card.

In professional golf, opportunities can change rapidly for those with the financial means to compete. The support I receive is invaluable, and I am deeply grateful to those who have contributed to my journey.
